Personal Manifesto
I perform because it’s how I think, feel and communicate without apologising. Also, staying silent is sometimes not an option for me.
I stand for truth even when it’s uncomfortable, discipline, take the work seriously or don’t take part and collaboration, don’t be a diva, don’t ride on someone’s coattails.
I’m here to leave an impression that doesn’t fade when the lights go up.
I’m smart, calm and adventurous. I’m drawn to complexity, contradiction, and characters with sharp edges. Safe is boring.
I come to work prepared. Curious. Present.
I do my homework. I listen more than I talk. I commit fully or not at all.
I’m reliable, fearless (mostly), and trying to be noticed.
The rules I live by:
-
Do the work.
-
Trust my instincts.
-
Don’t fake depth.
-
Let it be good before it’s perfect.
Stay prepared. Stay curious. Stay present. And keep moving.
